Put agents in production

Agent build

A build starts from a workflow in the map and ends with that workflow running without a person in the middle of it. Six to ten weeks, depending on how many systems it has to touch and how strict the review needs to be.

One agent per workflow

A single agent told to handle everything is impossible to test and impossible to trust. So each workflow gets an agent of its own, with rules and a definition of done that apply to that workflow alone.

Underneath, they share one set of connections to your systems and one place where the rules live. Adding the fourth agent costs much less than the first.

On your stack

Agents read and write through the APIs your tools already expose. Nothing gets migrated and nothing gets replatformed. If we think a tool genuinely has to go, we say so, explain what it costs to stay, and leave the decision with you.

Deployment goes wherever you want it. Your cloud account is the default for anything touching customer or financial data, and we hand over the infrastructure definition with it.

Testing before trust

Every agent runs in shadow mode first. It does the work, files what it would have done, and a person compares that against what actually happened. We agree on the pass mark before the run starts, and it does not go live until it clears.

After go-live, anything the agent is unsure about goes to a human queue. Lowering that threshold is a decision you make with numbers in front of you.

Next step

Tell us what your team still does by hand.

Thirty minutes on a call. You describe the work that eats the week. We tell you whether an agent can take it and what building it would cost, including when the answer is that it cannot.

  • Nothing to migrate
  • Three clients at a time

Analytics and spam protection

We would like to count visits with Google Analytics, and to load Google's spam check on the contact form. Both load only if you accept. Either way we store one entry in your browser so this does not ask again, and the contact form works the same whichever you press.
